How do I delete my Tenarize account?

From your profile, confirmed with your password — but you have to delete every property first, so nothing is left depending on records that are about to disappear.

Account deletion is on your profile page and is gated behind your password. It is refused, with the exact count, while you still have properties — delete those first, which itself runs through the 30-day deferred deletion so nobody loses records without warning.

Once your properties are gone, deleting the account removes your notifications, suppliers, tenant records and any portal logins those tenants had claimed, along with your own account. Tenarize also does its best to tidy up on Stripe's side: cancelling your subscription, closing your connected account and detaching departing tenants' saved payment methods.

Export first if you want a copy — deletion is not reversible. Tenants deleting their own accounts work differently, because their landlord's compliance records have to survive it.

Not legal advice

These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.

Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
