How do I export everything Tenarize holds about me?
Download my data on your profile produces a zip with a structured JSON file plus every actual document, grouped into a folder per property.
Download my data on your profile page gives you a zip containing `export.json` — properties, tenants, tenancies, suppliers and rent payments — plus the real document files, not just links to them.
Files are grouped into one top-level folder per property, named with the property name and postcode so two similarly-named properties in a portfolio don't collide, and by document category underneath.
This export stays available even if your subscription has lapsed and the app is otherwise locked.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
