I think someone else has access to my account. What do I do?
Change your password — which signs out every other session automatically — or use 'Log out of all devices' from your profile.
Changing your password invalidates every previously-issued session immediately, including any on a device you no longer have. The session you're changing it from stays signed in, so you aren't logged out by your own action.
There's also an explicit Log out of all devices button on your profile, next to the change-password section, if you want to end every session without changing your password.
A completed password reset does the same thing — a reset is itself a signal that an account may have been compromised, so it ends every session rather than just the one.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
