Who else processes my data?
Stripe for payments, BoldSign for e-signature, Google Maps for addresses, Resend for email, Cloudflare for storage, Render for hosting, OpenFreeMap for tiles.
Every sub-processor is listed with what it does in the Data Processing Agreement. In summary:
- Stripe — payments, both rent collection and your own subscription.
- BoldSign — e-signature for tenancy agreements and inventory reports.
- Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete and supplier search.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Cloudflare R2 — document and photo storage.
- Render — application hosting and the database, in the EU (Frankfurt).
- OpenFreeMap — map tiles. It receives only the map area being viewed, no account or tenant data.
For a landlord using Tenarize as a business, you are the controller of your tenants' data and Tenarize is your processor. That relationship is set out in the DPA, which is incorporated into the Terms of Service rather than needing a separate signature.
