Standard terms
10% for the first year
You earn 10% of every subscription payment a landlord you introduce makes, for their first twelve months of payments.
5% for as long as they stay
After that first year it continues at 5%, for the whole life of their subscription. There's no end date.
They get 10% off too
Anyone signing up through your link gets 10% off their first year, applied automatically at checkout. It's a genuine offer, not a discount code that quietly does nothing.
Paid monthly, with a statement
You get a statement each month showing what you've earned and what's still being held. We pay by bank transfer once your balance reaches £25 — anything below that rolls over rather than disappearing.
A 30-day holding period
Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment clears, because a landlord can still get a refund in that window. If one does, that commission comes off — we'd rather explain that up front than surprise you with it.
No exclusivity, no targets
You're not an agent or an employee, there's nothing to hit, and you're free to promote whatever else you like. Either of us can stop at any time — and if we do, you keep earning on the landlords you already introduced.
