Pricing questions, answered
What happens if I go over my tier's property limit?
You'll be prompted to move up a tier, and can do it yourself in a couple of clicks with prorated billing. If you haven't upgraded within a month, we'll move you up automatically so rent collection is never interrupted. Above 20 properties, it's simply +£1 per additional property on the Portfolio plan — no re-negotiation needed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — there's no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you like.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 1-month free trial of the full compliance, rent, and maintenance workflow. You'll add a card to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends. One thing to know: rent collection specifically needs a plan selected before it switches on, even during the trial.
Do you charge per tenant?
No. Pricing is based purely on the number of properties you manage, however many tenants live in them.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes — switch to annual billing at signup or any time afterwards from the billing page, and you'll pay 20% less than twelve months at the monthly rate. You can switch back to monthly whenever you like.
