How do I see who is behind on rent right now?
The Arrears card on the Payments page lists every active tenancy whose current month is past due and unpaid, sorted by how overdue it is.
The Arrears card at the top of the Payments page answers 'who should I be chasing today'. For each entry it shows the property, tenant, days overdue, amount and whether auto-pay is on, and links straight through to the tenancy.
It's deliberately a different thing from the two reporting views next to it: the rent report is a fixed historical date range, and the Late badge on a payment row is a per-payment fact about one charge. Arrears is the live picture.
Worth knowing: A payment still processing counts as paid for arrears purposes, so a Bacs payment in flight doesn't put a tenant on the list.
