Can I record periodic inspections?
Yes — either as a quick dated log with notes and files, or as a full room-by-room walkthrough that produces an inspection report PDF.
Inspections are landlord-only records of a property visit, attached to the tenancy. There are two ways to log one:
- The original quick log — a date, free-text notes and any files you want to attach.
- A walkthrough of type Inspection, which produces a proper room-by-room report PDF.
Set an inspection interval on the tenancy and Tenarize will remind you when the next one falls due. An inspection report is never sent for signature — it's yours.
