What will Tenarize chase me about?
Expiring documents and licences, deposit deadlines, inventory signatures, right-to-rent follow-ups, inspections, notice expiry, rent and maintenance events.
The notification bell carries anything outstanding that needs you. The main types:
- Documents and licences expiring, or missing entirely.
- Deposit protection due, or the 30-day deadline approaching.
- Inventory or check-out inventory awaiting a signature.
- Right to Rent follow-up checks falling due.
- Inspections due, and served notices reaching their expiry date.
- Supplier certifications missing or expiring.
- Rent payments processing, succeeding or failing; auto-pay retries, failures, disablement and re-enablement.
- A tenant raising a maintenance request or querying an inventory report; a tenant requesting a change to a pending agreement.
Every notification carries a link that takes you straight to the exact place you can act on it, often to the specific card on the page rather than just the page.
