How do I sign up for Tenarize?
Register, accept the terms, choose a plan, then add your first property. The free trial needs a card but isn't charged until it ends.
- Click Get started and register with your name, email and a password. You'll need to tick the box accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — that acceptance is recorded against your account.
- Choose a plan. Every route in the app except the billing page stays behind a choose a plan screen until you have one, so this is the first real step rather than something to put off.
- Add your first property, with its address, type, number of bedrooms and furnishing status.
- Start a tenancy against it — that creates your vetting checklist and the workflow takes over from there.
You can add properties and walk the checklists straight away. Nothing reaches a tenant until you explicitly invite them or send an agreement for signature.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
