What does Tenarize cost?
£15/month for 1–5 properties, £35 for 6–10 and £75 for 11–20, plus £1 per property beyond 20 — or 20% less if you pay annually.
Pricing is by number of properties, not by tenant, and there is no setup fee.
- Starter — £15/month, 1 to 5 properties.
- Growth — £35/month, 6 to 10 properties.
- Portfolio — £75/month, 11 to 20 properties, then £1/month for each property beyond 20.
Paying annually costs 20% less than twelve months at the monthly rate — £144, £336 and £720 a year respectively. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like, from the billing page.
There's no per-tenant charge and no commission on rent. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
