What is Tenarize?
Tenarize is UK property management software that walks private landlords through compliance, tenancy paperwork, rent collection and maintenance in one place.
Tenarize is a web platform for private landlords in England who want to run a rental portfolio properly without hiring a letting agent. It covers the whole life of a tenancy rather than one slice of it.
- Compliance — structured checklists for vetting, safety certificates, move-in and move-out, each explaining the legal duty behind it.
- Tenancy agreements — generated from a maintained template and e-signed by both parties.
- Rent — Direct Debit collection, automatic monthly charges, arrears tracking and statutory late-payment interest.
- Maintenance — tenant-reported issues, a searchable supplier database, costs and invoices.
- Records — a document vault with expiry reminders, a per-tenancy audit trail, and reports you can hand an accountant.
Your tenants get their own portal where they review and sign documents, pay rent, report problems and see their own paperwork. See everything it does or what it costs.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
