Who is Tenarize for?
Private and accidental landlords in England managing their own lettings — from a single inherited flat to a portfolio of twenty-plus properties.
Tenarize is built for landlords who manage their own properties rather than paying an agent a percentage of rent to do it. That includes the accidental landlord letting one inherited or previously-lived-in property, and the self-managing landlord running fifteen or twenty.
The product's centre of gravity is UK legal compliance. If your main worry is that you might unknowingly be breaking a rule — an expired gas certificate, an unprotected deposit, an unlicensed HMO, a property below the minimum EPC rating — that is the problem Tenarize was built around.
It is less of a fit if you already use a letting agent for full management, or if you need commercial-property or student-halls-scale features.
