Is there a free trial?
Yes — one month free, once per account. A card is needed to start it but isn't charged until the trial ends, or you can skip the trial entirely.
New accounts get a one-month free trial of the full product. You add a card to start it and nothing is charged until it ends. Stripe emails you before the trial expires, and Tenarize emails you three days out naming the amount that will be charged.
- You can tick Skip the free trial to be billed immediately instead.
- The trial is once per account, not once per subscription — cancelling and resubscribing later doesn't produce a second free month. If you've already had yours, the billing page says so up front and the skip-trial option disappears rather than promising something that won't happen.
- Rent collection specifically needs a plan selected before it switches on, even during the trial.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
