Can I store photos of a property?

Yes — each property has a photo gallery you can reorder, and one photo can be set as the banner image for the property page.

Every property has its own photo gallery. You can upload as many as you like, drag them into the order you want, and set one as the primary banner photo for the property page.

Worth knowing: If you delete the photo currently set as the banner, the banner simply clears rather than pointing at a missing file.

Room-by-room condition photos belong somewhere else — see the walkthrough tool, which keeps them attached to the inventory report rather than loose in the gallery.

Not legal advice

These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.

Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
