The postcode didn't fill in when I picked an address. What now?
Just type it in — the field is editable, and the address you picked is still used for everything else.
Google occasionally returns a UK postcode split across two parts, which used to leave the postcode field empty. That's fixed, but the field has always been editable, so if it's ever blank you can simply type it.
Worth knowing: If you hand-edit the postcode after picking a suggestion, the country information from that suggestion is deliberately discarded — a postcode you typed can't be vouched for by an address you picked earlier. The England-only check then falls back to reading the postcode itself.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
