Yes — a 'download all documents' zip is available on both, built on demand and grouped by document category.
Both property and tenancy pages offer a download all documents button. The zip is built on demand from whatever is currently on file and grouped into folders by category.
The same button appears in the deletion confirmation flow, so you always have a way to take a copy before anything is removed. When you request a tenancy deletion, your tenant is separately emailed their own single-use download link — which matters most for a tenant who never claimed a portal account.
