Can I change or downgrade my plan?
Yes — switch tier in either direction from the billing page, prorated. A downgrade is only blocked if you have more properties than the tier allows.
The billing page shows all three tiers with a switch button on each. Moving in either direction is prorated by Stripe, so you're credited or charged for the remainder of the period rather than paying twice.
The only restriction is arithmetic: you can't downgrade into a tier that doesn't fit your current property count. The button is disabled with an explanation rather than failing after you press it.
Switching between monthly and annual billing is a separate button and can be done independently of changing tier.

Not legal advice
