Do you charge per tenant?
No. Pricing is by property, however many tenants live in it — and tenants are never charged anything for their side of Tenarize.
There is no per-tenant charge and no per-user charge. A flat with one tenant and a five-bedroom HMO let room by room are both one property against your tier.
Tenants pay nothing to Tenarize either. Their portal, e-signing, rent payments, document access and maintenance reporting are all covered by your subscription.
Worth knowing: What does count towards a tier is lettable units, not addresses. A building you've grouped in Tenarize counts its individual flats rather than the building itself — so a block of four is four properties, while a four-bedroom HMO is one.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
