What is the supplier database for?
It's your own list of tradespeople — plumbers, gas engineers, electricians — with their category, contact details, certifications and the areas they cover.
Suppliers are yours, not a shared marketplace. Each one records contact details, a category, and — where it matters — their certification body, certification number and expiry date.
You can also search for new suppliers to add by name, area and category. That search uses real Google Places data, showing each result's star rating and review count, so you're picking from actual businesses rather than typing details in blind.
Suppliers can be assigned to maintenance requests and are plotted on the map alongside your properties.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
Tenarize does not currently support Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, whose tenancy regimes are different.
