How do I renew a tenancy with the same tenant?

Renew tenancy on an active tenancy ends the current one with a reason of 'Renewed' and creates a fresh, linked tenancy. The chain between them is kept, so the history is traceable.
- Vetting is skipped — you already vetted this tenant.
- Compliance documents that are still valid are carried forward as independent copies, so replacing one later doesn't reach back into the old tenancy's records.
- No move-out checklist is created for the tenancy being renewed — nobody is moving out.
- The new tenancy still needs its own terms and its own fresh agreement, signed again. That isn't a formality; it's a new tenancy.
Worth knowing: An imported tenancy that you renew produces an ordinary, non-imported tenancy. The renewal itself happened inside Tenarize, so the import flag isn't carried forward.
