Can I turn off some of Tenarize's emails?

Preferences in the sidebar carries the switches. Four cover the email Tenarize sends about your own properties, and all four start switched on:

• Compliance and legal deadlines — expiring certificates and licences, deposit protection deadlines, right-to-rent follow-ups, supplier certifications.
• Weekly summary — the Monday digest of everything still outstanding.
• Reminders to sign documents — the weekly nudge when an agreement or inventory is still waiting for *your* signature.
• Rent collected successfully — the confirmation each time rent or a late-payment charge clears.

Turning one off changes what's emailed and nothing else. Every date is still tracked, every item still appears in your notification bell, and everything still shows on the property or tenancy it belongs to.

Some email can't be switched off: security alerts about your own account, billing notices about your subscription, rent collections that fail, and refunds or disputes. Those either protect the account or carry a deadline that passes whether or not you were told.

Two things the signature switch deliberately doesn't do. It won't stop Tenarize telling you a document is ready to sign in the first place — only the weekly chasing afterwards. And it has no effect on your tenants, who are reminded either way.

Worth knowing: Compliance reminders are the one we'd leave on, and the product says so next to the switch. With them off, an expiring gas certificate is still tracked and still shown in the app — but the app is the only place it will appear.
