Can I give tenants a different contact address instead of my personal one?
Yes — set a tenant-facing contact name, email and phone on your profile and that's what tenants see and what tenant-facing emails point at.
Your profile has an optional tenant-facing contact block — name, email and phone. Setting the contact email switches tenants over to it, so your personal address stays out of the tenant portal and out of the emails Tenarize sends them.
This is worth doing if you're letting through a limited company, using a managing contact, or simply don't want your personal mobile number in a tenant's phone forever.

Not legal advice
These answers describe how Tenarize works and summarise the law in England as the product implements it. They are not legal advice about your situation, and the law changes. For free independent help, Citizens Advice and Shelter both cover renting in England; for anything unusual or contested, take advice from a solicitor.
